- How long does shipping take? Delivery through USPS usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way!
- What form of shipping do you use? All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) using standard shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on the way!
- Can I request custom colors? Yes, absolutely! Just send us a message through our Contact page with the colors you’d like. Be sure to include your name and a way for us to reach you in case we need more details to make your bracelet perfect!
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely through PayPal at checkout.
- How long does it take to process my order?Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. We do our best to ship your bracelets quickly, especially when they’re handmade with love!
- Do you offer local pickup or delivery? At this time, we only ship orders through USPS. Local pickup is not currently available, but we hope to add this option soon!
- How should I care for my bracelet? To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid getting it wet or stretching it too much. Store it in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it.
- What size are the bracelets? Will they fit me or my child? Our bracelets are made to fit most kids and youth wrists. If you need a specific size, feel free to request it on the Contact page—we’re happy to customize it for you!
- Can I return or exchange a bracelet? Because our bracelets are custom and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we want to make it right!
- Do you make bracelets for adults too? Yes! While most of our bracelets are sized for kids, we can make adult sizes upon request. Just let us know on the Contact page.
